LinkaNet is WiFi billing and operations software for hotspot businesses. This policy describes how we handle data when you use the service.

We collect account information you provide at signup (such as company name, email, and phone), operational data needed to run your hotspot (routers, vouchers, customer sessions), and standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Customer WiFi login data is processed to authenticate access and show online status in your dashboard. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is stored on infrastructure you or your platform operator controls (self-hosted or cloud deployment). Retention follows your configuration and applicable local law.
